About Jews for Jesus
We exist to support you
in exploring Jewish life with faith in Jesus.
Many Jewish people have never heard that following Jesus is a viable and thriving expression of Jewish life. We want you to have the opportunity to experience the spiritual richness we’ve found in being Jewish and following Jesus.
Who We Are
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up primarily of Jewish people, as well as other followers of Jesus who are committed allies of the Jewish people. Our staff promote Jewish faith in Jesus, facilitate Jewish community, and provide local services.
Our staff come from diverse Jewish backgrounds—some were raised Orthodox Jewish, some nominally Jewish. We’re artists, parents, doctors, and former IDF soldiers. But we have one thing in common: we all believe Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah our prophets foretold.
What We Do
Promote Jewish Faith
Provide Local Services
We facilitate Jewish life and community all over the world, sharing with everyone we meet the life-changing teachings of the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament. We live out our faith and heritage by loving God and our neighbors. We also help Christians gain a deeper understanding of the Jewish historical and cultural context of their own faith, and we fight anti-Semitism across the globe by helping bring greater partnership and understanding between Jewish and Christian communities.
Where to Find Us
Jews for Jesus has branch offices in over a dozen cities around the world. Our international headquarters is located in San Francisco, California. We’re governed by a 16-member US board of directors and a 10-member executive leadership team. We have 240 full-time staff who serve with us around the world and over 125 trained volunteers.
Jewish people believing in Jesus has been a thing since, well, Jesus! But in 1973, it became the name of the organization founded by Dr. Moishe Rosen.
