Many Jewish people have never heard that following Jesus is a viable and thriving expression of Jewish life.
We want you to have the opportunity to experience the spiritual richness we’ve found in being Jewish and following Jesus.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up primarily of Jewish people, as well as other followers of Jesus who are committed allies of the Jewish people.
Our staff come from diverse Jewish backgrounds—some were raised Orthodox Jewish, some nominally Jewish. We’re artists, parents, doctors, former IDF soldiers, and more. But we have one thing in common: we all believe Yeshua (Jesus) is the Messiah our prophets foretold.
We facilitate Jewish life and community all over the world, sharing with everyone we meet the life-changing teachings of the Hebrew Scriptures and the New Testament. We live out our faith and heritage by loving God and our neighbors.
We also educate people about the Jewish historical and cultural context of belief in Jesus and help Christians understand the roots of their faith. And we fight antisemitism across the globe by helping bring greater partnership and understanding between Christian and Jewish communities.
Jews for Jesus has branch offices in over a dozen cities around the world. Our international headquarters is located in San Francisco, California. We have 240 full-time staff who serve with us around the world and over 125 trained volunteers.

“Yet there is one aspect of who I am that I hold out to very little hope to see positively represented just about anywhere, whether that’s in a movie, a textbook, or a bedtime story: my identity as a Messianic Jew.”
Jewish people believing in Jesus has been a thing since, well, Jesus! But in 1973, it became the name of the organization founded by Dr. Moishe Rosen.
