Hannah* walked into our Upside Down café hoping to find a staff member to pray for her. I told her I would be honored to, and during our time together, she grew visibly emotional. When she shared that she had never heard the gospel before, I was able to explain it to her clearly. Hannah responded eagerly and asked if we could meet again to read through John 1 together. When the day came, during our conversation, she said she wanted the Holy Spirit to live in her and that she was sensing the power of Jesus and longing for more of him. I encouraged her by saying that she could respond to him right away. She prayed to invite Jesus into her heart and declared her belief in him!

Eight years ago, during a friend’s 30th birthday celebration, I met a young believing Jewish man named Noah.* He invited me to his home to meet his family hoping I could minister to his mother, Deborah,* who did not believe, and to his sister, who only attended church occasionally. During our second meeting, Deborah prayed to accept Messiah, and after continued visits, she began faithfully attending church. When the war in Ukraine began, the family relocated to Israel. I continued to support them through regular calls, praying with them, and encouraging them to find a congregation where they could grow spiritually. Recently, Deborah sent me a video sharing that she had been baptized. She continues to grow in her faith and expressed deep gratitude for the ministry we began with her years ago. Amen!
