Branch Leader
Born in Moscow, Ammosov is a Jewish believer in Jesus and has a PhD in optics and atomic physics. He received Jesus as his Savior in Quebec, Canada, in 1994 and joined our staff in 1998. Maxim’s wife, Olga, came to faith at the same time he did. Maxim directs Jews for Jesus in Moscow. The Ammosovs have two daughters, Katya and Liza, as well as a son-in-law and two grandchildren. The oldest daughter, Katya, also works at the Moscow branch as administrator.
Missionary
Ilya Khaimovich is a Jewish believer in Jesus who joined the Moscow branch in 2000. He feels extremely blessed in this ministry to lead people to Jesus and see them come to a saving faith in Him. Apart from direct evangelistic work, he is also part of the music team of the Moscow branch. The team leads worship at the weekly Shabbat meetings and in concerts on major Jewish holidays. His wife’s name is Luba, and they have three daughters: Liza, Leah, and Emma.
Missionary
Pavel was born and grew up in Minsk, Belarus. His parents were believers and taught him Christian values, which saved him a lot of trouble in the future, according to Pavel. He has a degree in music and in theology. Pavel met Jews for Jesus in 2017 and moved to Moscow to join our team there. Pavel believes it is a great privilege and blessing to minister to the Jewish people alongside brothers and sisters in Christ.
