David Randle is the director of recruitment for Jews for Jesus and works at our New Jersey office. He was raised in a believing home by an African American father and Jewish mother. David came to faith through growing in his Jewish identity. He has a passion to help people serve in ministry.

He is married to Arielle, another Jewish believer, who also serves on staff. Together, they have three young children: their daughter, Yael; and their sons, Gideon and Ezra. Both Arielle and David have now been serving with the ministry as missionaries for 10 years.
