Description: This Executive Assistant supports Susan Perlman, who is the First Assistant to the Executive Director. She is a part of the senior executive staff of Jews for Jesus and has a wide range of responsibilities including creative areas such as global communications, media, PR and media relations, publications and editorial. The duties of the Executive Assistant are to assist her with administrative duties, including managing her busy calendar and extensive travel schedule; recording and transcribing minutes of meetings; preparing materials for meetings and presentations; assisting with personal projects, errands, and travel as needed.
We are looking for someone who is well qualified for general secretarial and administrative duties. Specifically, we need someone who is proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet/E-mail; has excellent organizational and communications skills; is able to prioritize multiple tasks; someone who gives high attention to detail and accuracy, is self-motivated and a team player. You need not be Jewish, but must be willing to acculturate and work in a Jewish setting.
Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years experience in an executive administrative support role; typing speed of 50+ WPM; good Bible knowledge very helpful.

- Our missionaries in Odessa have knocked on 569 doors in the last two weeks…that is six missionaries knocking on 569 doors and by God’s grace they were able to visit 85 Jewish people and 14 Gentiles. Five Jewish people prayed to receive Christ and five Gentiles also! Please pray that those who said they want to continue visiting with our missionaries will indeed remain open to the gospel and come to saving faith.
