Eli Birnbaum reports from our Moishe Rosen Center in Israel: “We held a Friday ‘garage sale’ [but not in our garage!] where we invited women from our neighborhood to come sell their second hand clothing. The five leading Israeli internet news sites announced our event in their fashion deals of the week, including Tel Aviv Timeout!

“It was a rainy day so the turnout wasn’t as big as we expected; still about 50-60 people came and we got to talk with quite a few of them. One seller told me that she once believed in Jesus after receiving a broadside from us in New York City years ago. Now, she says, she is an atheist. She and her boyfriend kept thanking us for letting them use our space—and they kept sending their friends over to take one of our pamphlets and hear more about our faith!

“Shiran had several good conversations. One of the women gave her contact information after hearing a clear gospel presentation and Shiran will be visiting with her soon.”

Please pray for continued opportunities to share the gospel with those we met at the community garage sale in Israel.
