QUESTION:

What will Jews for Jesus be doing in the future that they haven’t done before?

ANSWER:

As we become more experienced and learn more, there is a definite change in our strategy. In the beginning we had many new believers as missionaries. Now we have experienced missionaries with advanced theological training. I think in the future we will have more branches than we have now. They will be smaller as to the size of the paid staff, led by our experienced missionaries, and they will utilize more and more volunteer workers.

As we have recently done in Johannesburg and Buenos Aires, we will be starting more overseas branches, chiefly using nationals. We will train them in our methodology.

Jews for Jesus is always looking for new ways and means of communicating the gospel. Innovation always involves trial and error with a high risk of failure. We are not afraid to try, because we are committed to a hardcore, realistic view, and we learn from our failures as well as our successes. This kind of attitude has kept our ministry unique and very dependent upon the Lord’s leading, and we trust it will remain so in the future.
