Our Co-Laborers in Messiah (CLIMs) are an amazing group of trained volunteers under the leadership of Carolyne Rohrig, our CLIM Coordinator.

The CLIM program is for people who want to help reach Jewish people for Jesus, be they around the neighborhood or around the world. It’s an opportunity for college-age students, empty nesters, retired folks—people of all ages who long to do something meaningful and can spare a few hours to do it.

CLIMs enable us to be more places and do more outreach than we could possibly hope to do on our own. They support our missionaries when we are out on the road, through housing and helping with church meetings, or even teaming up with us for sorties (tract-passing expeditions).

One of the best things about CLIMs is the variety of ways they choose to help us make the Messiahship of Jesus an unavoidable issue to Jewish people worldwide, whether behind the scenes or on the front lines. Each CLIM chooses aspects of ministry that fit his or her gifts and personality, whether they desire to be on the front lines of evangelism, or behind the scenes … or both!
We have Jewish and Gentile CLIMs, some are young and others just young at heart, but all share a common desire for Jewish people to hear the gospel.

Here are a few we’d like you to meet:

Sarah Watson
“The Lord has given me a heart for hospitality. As a CLIM I have found my niche by serving our missionaries and Board members during their quarterly meetings. I enjoy doing this in a quiet, behind-the-scenes kinda way as they do the outreach and evangelism.”

Ron McDevitt
“In the past three months, my team of helpers and I have had 18 people come to faith, several of whom are Jewish.  I enjoy evangelistic outreaches, Bible studies with Jewish people on a regular basis, and I speak in churches. It is especially exciting to see new Jewish believers grow in the Lord. I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve with this great ministry.”

Jill Dodsworth
“As a CLIM, I have been on the front lines” doing various sorties at colleges and on the streets of San Francisco. But my real gift and passion is administrative work.  I helped put together CLIM training binders, created spreadsheets for the Los Angeles branch to aid in their scheduling of Blue Mosaic outreach events, took care of the noshes (munchies) for the West Coast Ingathering and handled the reservations for the San Francisco branch’s two Passover banquets.  I am excited to see how God will use me in the future.”

Karen Myers
“Being a CLIM has opened my world over the years as I have traveled throughout the US and Europe to help with evangelistic campaigns, and children’s camps in Israel. I also represented the ministry on campus while a college student at Biola University. This is a great way to get involved and serve the Lord with the gospel.

I’ve enjoyed anything from talking seriously with businessmen about Yeshua when I’m in my clown costume to sharing scripture with collegians for “Psalm Reading” in popular nightlife hangouts.  It’s a joy to have divine encounters by re-humanizing people, one by one, as they shove through busy subway stations like droves of cattle or to encourage Jewish missionaries around the world by volunteering for special events, campaigns or projects.”
