Jews for Jesus 30th Anniversary

Lausanne Consultation on Jewish Evangelism (LCJE)
North America Coordinator

In 1980 LCJE was organized as a result of decisions made at a Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization consultation in Thailand. That same year I opened the first U.S. office for the historic Anglican ministry among Jewish people, CMJ. Jews for Jesus supported my work with enthusiasm.

From my first meetings and work with the staff of Jews for Jesus, I have been inspired by the integrity and deep commitment of each person to Jesus and the Gospel. Jews for Jesus has not been ashamed of the Gospel of Yeshua and has never hidden who they are and what their goals are. Over the years, Jews for Jesus has steadfastly focused on their goal to make the Messiahship of Jesus an unavoidable issue for the Jewish people worldwide. I rejoice in the success that they have experienced in this goal.

Jews for Jesus has partnered with believers around the world in campaigns that have built up the Body of Messiah. The ministry’s use of the media using material relevant to the culture has been imaginative, creative and full of chutzpah. Jews for Jesus has been steadfastly Jewish and totally for Jesus. It has taken the Gospel mandate seriously and challenged me to persevere and stand for Jesus with more courage and boldness over the years. I am grateful for each one who has served with Jews for Jesus and who has made all the difference in enabling this generation of Jewish people to hear that their Messiah has come and His name is Yeshua!
