Jewish Facts of Life

The Jewish High Holidays are just around the corner!

Rosh Hashanah, known as the Jewish New Year (in Scripture, the Feast of Trumpets) falls at sundown on September 29.

Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, begins at Sundown October 8.

The ten days between the two, the Days of Awe,” are traditionally a time for reflection and repentance. Last month we mentioned our upcoming High Holiday services in branches around the world. Once again, you can click here to see about attending a service near you. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to share the gospel with a Jewish friend.
