Good news! U.S. District Court Judge Richard M. Berman handed down a decision on November 8, 2006 denying comedian Jackie Mason’s preliminary injunction against Jews for Jesus. This does not mean the case has been resolved. It does mean that the judge ruled against Mason’s petition that we not be allowed to distribute a gospel tract in which he was featured. This is significant because the judge ruled that our pamphlet was protected speech under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
