Praise report from our Washington, D.C. branch
What a joy to see God answer prayer last month as 201 Jews for Jesus staff and volunteers brought the gospel to those who came to celebrate the presidential inauguration! (Did you see Interesting Inauguration Facts,” the new broadside for this occasion on last month’s RealTime?) This is more people than have ever participated in any single Jews for Jesus outreach, and staff and volunteers handed out 113,200 broadsides, which is also the most gospel tracts we’ve ever distributed in a single day. God is so good! We prayed that the high alert security would not interfere with our free speech . . . and we had every opportunity to hand out our tracts unhindered. Praise report from the Liberated Wailing Wall
Our need for a missionary-hearted pianist to join the team has been filled most satisfactorily! Susan Mendelson, a former LWW member, full-time missionary in New York and always a “musicianary” had temporarily joined the team to fill in—and felt God prompting her to remain with them for the entire tour! This is truly an answer to prayer!
So far so good for Daniel and Gabi in Gaza:
We asked you to pray for two young men from our Jews for Jesus family in Israel who were called back to active duty last month. So far all is well with them . . . though it is hard to say what will happen now that the ceasefire seems to be ceasing. Please continue praying for the entire situation.
