Two Healthy Babies Born — Dad Delivered One On Thanksgivukkah

Emilie Nasser, at 7 lbs., 6 oz. and 20 inches, was born to Yarden Nasser and her husband, Peter (missionary, currently assigned to the San Francisco branch) on October 16 at 5:16 p.m. Mazel Tov on the birth of the Nassers’ first child!
On November 28, Thankgivukkah, at 4:03 a.m., Hannah Zaretsky gave birth to Ari Benjamin. At 10 lbs. and 20 inches long, Ari was “home delivered” by proud father Jeremiah! (Missionary on station in San Francisco.) It’s not that they didn’t have a midwife–she arrived half an hour after the birth. The bris (circumcision with traditional Jewish ceremony) was held at our Hospitality House on December 5, with many headquarters staff in attendance. Congrats to the Zaretsky family, including big sister Aviva and brother Judah!
