Joe Bell has been involved with our ministry since before he was a believer. You might have read about him in a past newsletter. Sharon Freeman witnessed to him in Boston and he accepted the Lord after she moved to Florida. He then called her to say, You won, Sharon.” To which she replied, “No Joe, God won.” Prior to joining the team, Joe was involved with us in New York as the first person to participate in the “Jews for Jesus school of Discipleship.” Joe sings tenor and plays guitar.

Dawn Bell was a pilot for Northwest Airlines before she and Joe joined the team! She sings soprano and plays clarinet.

Paula Cummings comes to us from London, where she was a travel coordinator for a television show (making arrangements for guests who appear on the show). She sings alto.

Larry Stamm comes to us from Johnson City, Tennessee, where he was an assistant tennis coach at East Tennessee State University. Actually, he comes to us more recently from New York (1997 Summer Witnessing Campaign) and San Francisco (he’s been work- ing at our headquarters following the campaign). Larry plays guitar and sings baritone.

Rachael Horn comes to us from New Jersey, where she was a nanny for a family of Jewish believers with five children. At eighteen, Rachael is the youngest member of the team. She sings and plays piano.

Daphne Kaplan comes to us from Queens. She was a student at Nyack College prior to coming on staff. She sings soprano.

The team has just spent three months in training and is preparing to launch out on the road. Please pray for them as they face the spiritual and physical rigors of life on a bus. You’ve read reports of the tremendous ministry that past teams have had, so you can well imagine the spiritual opposition each team faces. We look forward to reporting The New Liberated Wailing Wall’s progress in future newsletters!

Thane Lewis (who served as a steward on our 1997 Summer Witnessing Campaign) comes to us from Minneapolis to serve as bus driver/sound person.
